We went here with a guide which was good because he knew exactly where the murals were. Lots and lots of graffiti art. Steep, narrow, twisting streets, so it's easy to get lost here. The whole town has an inner-city, sleazy, dangerous feel to it...More

The thing that makes Valparaiso really unique is its street art, which is everywhere. We sent a wonderful two days wandering around the little alleyways and stairs along the cobblestone streets that wind all around the hills. The art is really beautiful and inspirational.

Awesome art, awesome colors, really nice walk. Different art galleries and coffee shops. If you want to have a nice walk you should take your time, explore every art store and every street. Take pictures and maybe enjoy a coffee or ice cream.

We visited Paseo Gervasoni during our visit to Valparaiso. We spent a couple of hours wandering around the streets admiring the street art. It is something to behold and not to be missed.

Valparaiso's little, colourful alleys cannot be missed. Just wander around the streets up the hills during the day and will be constantly surprised by its beauty. It's fascinating. Don't forget your camera.

If you visit Valpo this is one of the places you must visit. You can do it on your own or with your friends for free. I always go there to take pictures.

Was unsure if Valparaiso would be worth the time and I'm SO GLAD that I came here. The street art and murals are FANTASTIC!! Yes there is grime and dog poop, yet the art scene is just begging to be enjoyed!!

There are many narrow passages that thread through Valparaiso and this is just as interesting as the many others due to it's really stunning murals. Or graffiti. I guess it depends on your sensibilities. Wish I had the talent to paint this well.

If you are into art and murals, this is a good place to visit. The drive is not far, about 1-2 hour from Santiago. You can easily make it a day trip. Go all the way top if you can grab the taxi to get...More
