My girlfriend and I used Gray Line to do the Magdalena Island Penguin Tour in Punta Arenas - they were very very helpful as the first booking we did we were very sick for and only informed them that very morning that we couldn't attend - we then spent the next few days discussing with them via email about finding... Grey Line Chile offered a tour to Isla Magdalena to see the penguins. They told us they would pick us up at our hotel at 6:20 AM. Very early!! We were ready to go. They did not show up. The "local" phone number we were given by VIATOR (the trip arranger) was actually a number in Santiago, and they were... More

We took two day tours with Gray Line, one Santiago tour and the other a long full day to Valparaiso. The two guides were friendly and hospitable, and we kept wondering why they were not in better employment (and I do not mean that rudely). Anyway all was well with both, although we got marginally less with each than promised.... More

I took 3 tours with Gray Line while in Santiago. The first one, the Classic Tour, was just ok. They picked me up from my hotel and were caught in traffic so they were 30 min late. We sat in traffic going back towards downtown, picked up another group of people and drove around the downtown area as the guide... More

Booked this layover tour just so we could get out of the airport on an 11 hour layover in Santiago. The day ended up being a public holiday with just about everything closed which added a few issues. Our guide was Pamela and she was great. Getting us to a restaurant to get some food down and then a walking... More

I booked the day trip to Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. First off, they arrived right on time (9 A.M.)! Very punctual which I always appreciate. I reserved with the understanding that it would be a group tour, but I got very lucky and the other tourists decided not to go that day. I suggested to the tour guides (Luis... More

The trip was said to be all day and ending around 7pm but we ended around 3pm. We did not do much other that drive around the city and stop for lunch. Although the staff was wonderful, the toe was awful and short.

I found this trip to be poor value. A stop after 30 minutes at a restaurant and then onto Valparaiso. The countryside is nothing to get excited about. Valparaiso's has some charm with its hilly outlook and uniquely coloured houses. There was smog/fog hanging over the city which didn't help. Our stop at the Noble Laureates house was short and... Our flight was due in Santiago on the afternoon of 23/5/16 and our departure was not until the next day. I googled things to do and the Gray Line site came up with a number of suggestions. The city tour and our guide Marco were fantastic and was well worth it. I highly recommend this to anyone with a short... More

With the short time that I had in San Pedro de Atacama, this trip was perfect to visit the salt flats. We saw some spectacular scenery on the way. Our first stop was the village of Tocanao where we browsed through local handicrafts. Then on the way to the Atacama Salt Flat, we saw the Quebrada de Jerez, a canyon... More
