What a brilliant idea, and especially in the evenings when every 30 minutes there is a light and music display which is free of charge. Easily located by the monorail station and this an unique attraction.

Merlion is Singapore symbol, it's a must when visiting the country, very good views from there. It's not necessary to spend that much time on it if you're short on time.

Go to this place only because of it's iconic stature. This is a must visit while in Singapore as the merlion is inextricably associated with the name "Singapore". So go there and take a few pics with the merlion in the background.

We have been here because a tour boat dropped us of here. Its nice, great view on the bay but very touristic and busy. Nice for a pic and a close look on the Merlion and than move on.

This has to be high on the list for places to see in Singapore as it's one of the most well known attractions. The history behind the Merlion is interesting and a great photo opportunity.

Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighbourhood in the
traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to
dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is
the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a
world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars,
and other attractions all geared towards pure
entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands
provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo

If you come from Marina Bay just walk through to the Marina Bay Sand and cross the road you'll arrive at Garden by The Bay. Cloud garden is in Garden by The Bay. Side by side with Flower Dome.

I suggest you go to your hotel first, you can request an early check in, if they have available rooms they will let you check in, if not, you can leave your things in the front desk. Because Merlion Park is a long walk, it... More
