I chose this place thinking my boys (aged 7 and 8 years) would like it due to their obsession with Minecraft. At $25 per person regardless of age it is an expensive way to pass an hour for a family.
The puzzles were very difficult and not solvable by us without extensive hints given via an I pad. Puzzles had no relation to Minecraft so I think the advertising for this is misleading.
I would not recommend this activity for children as an advanced level of problem solving is required.
If you don’t mind that Bearcraft has no relation to Minecraft and that you will require using all the hints and even answers to get out of the room then I would consider this place, but personally I feel there are better activities for families other than this place.

Played Beary Potter as 2 pax group and find that its quite fun and the clues are linked to the theme of Harry Potter. Hence we came back to play Bearcraft Dreamworld and were so disappointed. The clues and games within does not have any link to "winning a game" and the answers are illogical and definitely cant be completed within an hour. Instructions were not shown clearly making us wasting time trying to find out what to do, when we already had the answers. Props lag and we were just trying to rush through the games with answers without really knowing why. Overall, only recommend for Beary Potter.

The escape room played was “Bearry Potter and The Secret Doors”. Honestly, a lot more scary (in a good way) and exciting than the given name, and I really enjoyed this experience. 100% would recommend to play with 4-5 friends!

Just did the “ Beatty Potter” escape game last Sunday and we were pretty disappointed.
Concerning the reception :
1) there is no sitting area to wait for your turn , we had to wait standing outside the area
2) the lockers to store personal belongings were very old and damaged: we needed staff help to open it ( they didn’t check if they were really ours ).
Concerning the game :
1) Staff not so motivated to tell the story and the rules with a little bit of enthusiasm or involvement
2) Room decoration is terrible , no big effort is done to fit with Harry Potter theme . The main room is barely decorated.
3) one of the step with the lamp hint is not working : it’s just impossible to find solution without help , the leather didn’t fit.
4) the idea to use an iPad was not so bad but it shut down very quickly and we weren’t able to communicate anymore with the staff and we were locked in the room. We had to knock and scream at the door to reset the iPad and then to be able to continue our game .
In conclusion: such a bad value for money and quite rude staff ( they became to be nice when they tried to sell us something).

It is very fun as escaping the escape room requires a lot of teamwork if you are doing it in a team. What's more, it requires a lot of brain power although there are clues to help you if you are stuck. Overall, it is very exciting because you have to escape a room in a set time limit.

Fantastic experience for our family, This is my first escape room and we down a minecraft themed room. We had a mix of ages and their's something for everyone to join in the fun. The time goes really quickly and if you get stuck you can get hints to help you complete the mission.

Two of my friends and I tried out the Beary Potter and the Secret Doors room and it was super fun. Got through it pretty slow but it was a reasonably challenging difficulty. Would recommend to everyone! This place is also considerably cheaper than other escape rooms in Singapore.

The friendly staff were very considerate despite going over the time limit, working with us through the rest of the clues. The storylines were very interesting and the rooms were clean, with clear effort put in into everything. We had a great time. I’ve come here three times now and would come again.

Really nice and clean escape room at orchard gateaway mall. Reasonable pricies and good system to get hint to carry on escape tasks. We did bear potter and it was like harry potter themed escape. Our difficulty was english language, because it is not our native language. This was really nice experience. Service was excellent.

I played the Bearry Potter escape room with my friends this Monday, I had fun overall, the riddles were smart and the staff were nice enough to send us clues. We didn't finish on time but we were allowed to get to the end. Definitely check it out if you enjoy mysteries, riddles and laughing at your friends.

I will stay in Singapore for a very short period and I wonder if going here will take much time on queue or anything else but the game time? (I know the time is 60 mins for each game)

Hihi, you will need about 20 minutes for briefing and debrief. So for example, if you book the time slot of 2pm, you can expect to arrive at 150pm and leave the place at 310pm.
