This is a heritage building on the corner of Emerald Hill road opposite Singapore Visitor center on Orchard Road and opposite Somerset MRT. A very colorful two story building housing many small shops like jewelry, snacks, restaurant etc. Can see from outside for a few minutes and take pictures for your memory. That's it.
