This is now the National Gallery Singapore... They still have Supreme Court cells, cases and history in the building.

The art museum covers both the art from earlier days as well as modern art. It is a huge museum unless you want to use a full day in the museum, it is recommended to pick a few rooms and skip some of the others....More

The massive front of the building is very imposing, however, it could be cleaned a bit better. We were not able to go inside, so not really a place to make a detour for.
