Raffles City Parlour. Three weeks since massage and still have a lot of lower back pain

I booked a 30minute deep tissue for SGP$58.00 and a 60minute full body relaxation massage for SGP$98.00. The masseuse had no understanding of English and in the end I had to stop... read more

I booked a 30minute deep tissue for SGP$58.00 and a 60minute full body relaxation massage for SGP$98.00. The masseuse had no understanding of English and in the end I had to stop the deep tissue massage as the pain was unbearable and she had also got mixed up with the times. The receptionist sorted her out as she thought it... More

I bought a package at Qi Mantra which had hidden exclusions, sessions and ingredients costed more and when asked for a refund the local staff calculated $1,500+ refund and the management calculated $300+ so you can do the maths. Untrustworthy.

I visited this place while on holidays in Singapore with a very sore shoulder and back. I had previously went to a massage therapist at the hotel I was staying in and both the price and service was terrible. I googled remedial therapists and decided to visit the Wheelock Place location. The service was great- the receptionist was helpful when... More

I bought a S$850 package at Qi Mantra which I was told I could use it for both facial and body massage. Whenever I chose facial from the menu, they will add on multiple extra ingredients or whatsoever and each session ended up costing more than $250~$300. On top of that, even before my package finishes, they will keep on... More

Signed up for a value plan where I could deduct each visit's amount from a credit that I had paid up front; I paid up front which made it good for 4 sessions of pre-natal massage. The first visit was to their Raffles City branch, the place was extremely small and after the massage, I felt nothing. Second visit was... More

Qi Mantra at Great World City is a far from an atmospheric and relaxing spa. It is functional and utilitarian in its approach - the massage room definitely falls under the description of shabby chic. However, the saving grace of this spa are the good staff, from the efficient lady at reception to the therapist. The therapist wasn't conversant in... More

My first full day exploring, I chose to get a massage at this place, just to unwind from traveling. Not only did I pay more than expected but it didn't regenerate me as hoped. I used Francis McDougal singapore guide to find massage parlours for men the rest of my trip, and found MUCH better value. Do yourself a favour... More
