Paid premium price for 60 min full body. Massage was certainly less than 60 min. First therapist has no skills at all. The strokes were so light they literally had no effect. Oil used did not help relieve my muscle ache at all. Massage has...More

I booked a 30minute deep tissue for SGP$58.00 and a 60minute full body relaxation massage for SGP$98.00. The masseuse had no understanding of English and in the end I had to stop the deep tissue massage as the pain was unbearable and she had also...More

I bought a package at Qi Mantra which had hidden exclusions, sessions and ingredients costed more and when asked for a refund the local staff calculated $1,500+ refund and the management calculated $300+ so you can do the maths. Untrustworthy.

Signed up for a value plan where I could deduct each visit's amount from a credit that I had paid up front; I paid up front which made it good for 4 sessions of pre-natal massage. The first visit was to their Raffles City branch,...More

Qi Mantra at Great World City is a far from an atmospheric and relaxing spa. It is functional and utilitarian in its approach - the massage room definitely falls under the description of shabby chic. However, the saving grace of this spa are the good...More
