This park is not well known to tourists or even locals unless you live or work around this area. Nearest MRT is Labrador but the park itself is quite a long walk from the station (it's about 8 mins drive, estimate 30 mins walk). The scenery is boring while walking there but when you reached the park, you will be... More

It was an artillery garrison during World War II built by the British Army against Japanese invasion but it turned out to be an ineffective defense. As the big guns were installed on hills, the entire installation has been converted into a nature park. The view is nice when visitors look out to the sea. With breezes ruffling the leaves,... More

If you don't mind the long boring walk from the MRT station you will find a nice forest and seaside walk at the end. The place is a bit underdeveloped lacking some food stalls, cold drink and ice cream vendors at the sea side as well as an electric cart service zipping visitors between the MRT station and the sea... If you're a solo traveller looking for a nice walk, go to Labrador Nature Reserve. From Labrador Park MRT, take Exit A, turn left, walk a bit and turn right, and just follow the sidewalk. There will be some signs that help you reach the nature reserve. You will be greeted by loud beetles' voice, the shadows of trees... Walk... More

Lots of walking and hiking, though not so large area. There were some history notes along the forest track, explaining the way Singapore was in the war era, on how they arranged the defending cannons along the coast. Just before the beach, better turn right to the brick wall way, so you could go from forest area, down on the... More

One can take a nature walk up the hill or broad walk along the shore, for us we opted for the broad walk as we want to enjoy the sea breeze and the sunset view. This is a favorite place to go for family, couples and friends to hang out in the weekend. It was kind of crowded when we... More

My colleague brought me here to train for our Mt KK trek. It's a good 5km if you run from the entrance of Labrador Park Mrt, towards Keppel island, right to the end of the jetty and back. Go in the early mornings before the crowd comes in. We parked at the ARC, if you are driving.

One of the best sunset view to watch from this park. Nice to walk or jogging but it is not appropriate during the raining time. Family outing with BBQ section can be in here too.

A hidden gem in Singapore. Catch the MRT to this nature reserve. A peaceful walk through the rain forest with sea breezes on one side. War relics around the site. Worth the visit. Possibly go in the afternoon to escape the heat.
