Trying out the food hunt puzzle and i was amazed at the preparation the crew put into the hunt.
The attention to detail and level of puzzle intrigue certainly caught my attention.
Puzzles weren't to difficult and are able to trigger the mental strength enough.
Walking around beautiful chinatown, the ransack team are able to create a puzzle hunt to bring people to the sights and experiences of chinatown.
10/10 will recommend

It is a very interesting experience and first of it's kind. A good informative journey where learning the different landscapes is done in a fun and engaging way.
I would recommend this to those who want to try something out of the norm together with their family or close friends 👍

We played The King’s Feast @ Chinatown and had an absolutely fantastic time bonding in our clique & solving the puzzles outdoor.
I had been to an indoor escape room before but never have I thought solving puzzles outdoor would be of such fun! The games were rather refreshing as the organizers had incorporated the environment into them. We had to think out of the box to solve the games and had much fun exploring Chinatown!
The weather was slightly hot in the afternoon but electronic fans were provided, which I found rather thoughtful. We all enjoyed ourselves, thumbs up! 👍🏻

The whole experience is very unprofessional and bad planned. The game is $34 per person but the website shows $0, even here shows $4. The organisers are very unprofessional and inexperienced, feels like it's started some young people who never really worked before, my game is in the afternoon and they email me meeting at mrt at 9am. Everything is all over the place. Not recommended.

Please give us a chance to clarify the situation. There was indeed an error on our website that was showing $0 for the option that you have chosen, we have since rectified it. As for the $4 reflected on TripAdvisor, we have already brought this up with tripadivsor.
We had no intention of misleading you. As for the time slots chosen, there was a miscommunication on the time slot that you have chosen, but was cleared upon calling you. However, the session had to be rescheduled due to the heavy rain.
We sincerely apologise for this matter and hope to see you at your next booking.

Attempted the King’s Feast! Such a nice concept and activity to learn about Singapore while immersing yourself in puzzles. We bonded as a team and also got to know about places in Chinatown we never knew! The Ransack team were passionate in their craft and so approachable. Looking forward to collecting the other badges!

Their programs are dubbed as an outdoor escape room experience but it was also much more. We took part in the "The King's Feast which not only helped us rediscover landmarks in Chinatown but also learn more about Singapore's iconic local delicacies. Particularly liked that there were different permutations which could lead to different outcomes. All in all, an interesting and meaningful group activity!

We played the Marina Bay activity. It was a wonderful way to explore the area and find out more about it while having fun. The puzzles were challenging but not overly so such that we felt a sense of satisfaction completing them successfully. Even when we needed clues, we did not feel it was a “trick” answer - the puzzles made sense if we adopted a different perspective or had thought about it more. Would recommend to friends and even families with young children (those who can read and understand simple instructions).

Played the king’s feast puzzle hunt with a group of 4 friends.
It was a really good bonding activity that got all of us cracking our brains at every station and at the same time exploring and understanding more about the Chinatown area.
Great way to spend the weekend! Will definitely recommend to try it!

We played the Christmas Special, The Grinch Puzzle Hunt at Jewel Changi. The game master, Dickson, was very approachable and explained the rules of the games to us clearly. Once the game started, my friends and I were completedly absorbed in trying to solve the puzzles. Each time we thought we had figured out the answer, we turned the ‘wheels’ on the game card excitedly, hoping our answers would unlock the gemstone. When we were stuck, we could use one of the helplines provided and the game master would direct us with hints to set us on the right path again. It was an awesome 2 hours spent with my friends and we would definitely sign up for the next game! Keep up the good work Ransack!

Elbert & Dickson were fantastic game masters who facilitated our experience really well. The games/ puzzles were creative, interesting, and on top of that helped me learn more about SG’s NS experience! It wasn’t too physically exhausting, allowing it to be a fun and comfortable way to bond well with my team.
Also, I left my wallet at fort canning park, and they actually took the effort to travel & pass me back my wallet. Appreciate it so much! Thanks for the wonderful experience :)
