Highly misleading and deceptive. Absolutely disgusting. Bought a large number of "BullionStar Gold Bars with No Spread" online. The page where you buy states "No spread between the buy and sell price". There is no asterisk* to suggest any conditions to this. I received my sales invoice by email which listed my purchased items as "BullionStar Gold Bars with No Spread - 100g". No mention of any circumstances in which a spread might apply. Then, today when I went to sell, there was a difference between the buy and sell price which reduced my profit by more than $4300 AUD. No spread my ass. On further investigation, if you search deep in the Help Section, the topic on the "No Spread" bars includes an asterisk*. If you scroll down for the *explanation, it states "For orders settled in other currencies that Singapore Dollar, a spread between the buy and sell price may apply". The Terms and Conditions contain a similar wording. Clearly, by NOT including the asterisk* and explanation on the order page OR the sales invoice, this company intentionally misleads its customers into an expectation of no spread when they use the term "NO SPREAD". If they were honest, the asterisk would appear on all mentions of the term "No Spread". Totally disgusted with this company's deceptive practices.

Company cannot be trusted and advertised their Bullion Savings Programme as not having storage fees. They later just added extra fees and mandated me to sell all my holdings otherwise. Customer service admitted that the extra fees were added later and no communication was conveyed to customers.
These fees were not made known to me in advance and neither did they seek my acknowledgement and just charged me anyways. Buy from another company and keep your own Gold yourself.

Various options of Precious Metals include Silver, Platinum, Palladium, and Gold. User-friendly webpage with various types of payment from Fiat Currency to CryptoCurrency, responsive, helpful, and friendly staff work in this bank. Most important is SAFE!

Bullionstar makes buying gold easy and secure. Their website is really intuitive and their customer support team is very responsive. I highly recommend them for bullion purchases.
I had fantastic experience working with Daphne to purchase my gold & silver bullion. She took the time to explain everything about investing in bullion and helped me pick the perfect bar for my needs.
Ethan went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my silver bullion order - he was diligent, thoughtful, and made sure I was completely satisfied. Excellent service.

I've been purchasing mainly Silver bars & lately Gold bars since late 2015. Never had any issues or negative experience with the order fulfillment or customer service. And generally, the price for the same item vs. other companies that I know in SG is by far the lowest. Always great!

Fantastic place. Customer service is amazing, very knowledgeable as well as helpful. Prices are also very fair. The website is easy and convenient to use, making purchasing or selling bullion easy. Selling price is also stated, so very transparent and trustable.

It's like walking into a museum but with gold! They have a 400 oz gold bar that you can lift and touch. They have a money game you can play and you can look at beautiful gold and silver pieces from around the world.
The ambience is great and staff is helpful. I can recommend this not only for buying or selling gold but a gold experience in the true sense!

Conveniently located within walking distance from the MRT. I have been a customer with BullionStar since 2013 and service provided are always excellence as and when i visit the physical store.
It is a good place to start if you are new in bullion investment as the staff are friendly.

Conveniently located near to train stations. Easy to buy and sell, and carries a good range of gold and silver products. Staff are knowledgeable and willing to help. Services are digital, payment can be done easily thru several ways, and transaction is secure. Shop is decorated and comfortable to shop in. An overall pleasant experience.

What I like most is its user-friendly website, that allow for easy browsing and purchase of the wide selections of gold product. It's well supported by prompt and hassle-free customer service. For those who like to window shop gold bullions, the show-room is easily accessible and a good place to check out. Do check out the limited opening time though.
