Staff was rude and hotline horrible. This place is just dirty snow in an old warehouse. Definitely not a fun place. Maybe for kids that have never seen snow.

Badly run, unhelpful staff, disgusting toilets, dirty snow, not inviting looking, hire clothing in disrepair, lockers difficult, nothing like the advertisement. Places like this need to charge extra for every little thing, like the photos taken by a professional contract, just so they can keep...More

We went there with a 7 year old. Was good to be there at 10am, we had the whole place for ourselves for the first 30 minutes. The one thing I thought was really disappointing was the prices for the pictures, they wanted to charge...More

Well it was unexpected to find snow in singapore but there you have it.Its like a big freezer, the snows are dirty, and not thick enough to play around- but for first timer it may still be worth a visit.

We had a fun time. It was quiet when we visited this place, even though the adjacent science centre was crowded. The place was not very big. Our kids are 7&9, and we haven't been to see real snow before, so it was a great...More

Don't go on a public holiday, as it'd be very crowded. That means longer waiting time for everything: to get the proper jackets/boots/gloves and a deposit box. Inside the chamber, expect long queue for the ice slides. Crowded people also means less secure and less...More
