The jackets, gloves and boots are in a bad condition. There's hole, broken zip and the boots rubber coming off. 2nd. The price of it is very expensive for $15 to get in and you needed to pay for the gloves the the pants. But if you want to go, go only when your Super bored.

A blah experience that even my 5 year old said was 'not so fun.' First of all the place is deceivingly small, with only 3 activities, and minue big downward slope that might be too scary for young kids, there's only two things to play with, which is a short 20 meter sleigh and a 10 meter slide. The 'snow'... More

Just across the J-Cube mall & connecting to kids zone & Singapore Science Center, it offers a "cold experiences" for kids...They offer jacket & pants, gloves & boot rental. Not too big area, but kids surely have fun for maybe one hour is enough. Inside the place is around -10 to -12°C. After finishing here, kids can go the neighbors... More

Cons: - No powder - Small - I might have to take public transport Erh? Let's get real. This is the place for all those who - want to get started with snowboarding and skiing (beginners) - need a refresher before venturing further (intermediate) - have seen it all but need their snow fix in the tropics (me :) )... We visited Singapore's Snow City earlier this month (Dec 2016). However, the place looked really tired. The facilities could certainly look forward to a revamp. Entrance fees included gloves, boots and jackets rental, however numerous zippers (for jackets) do not work, boots are damp and some have hole in them. So do check before putting them on. If you could,... More

First off, the snow jackets, gloves and shoes are in terrible condition. The snow was thin and the attractions so-so. There were a couple of little slides for children and a big slide for the adults. I think the big slide was probably the key attraction. My 4-year old actually requested to leave after just half an hour. So yea,... More

Around 1 km from nearest MRT. Not really anything much to do in this area. I bought the ticket from Qoo10 with promotion. Unfortunately they require us to exchange the ticket, and the merchant was slow to reply. The ticketing counter is not very helpful either, more like rude. They dont have any payphone to borrow. Nothing much to do... More

Four of us went there on Saturday 12 November around 3.30pm - two adults and two children aged 4 and 8. It cost about 98sg which included thermal clothing hire. After paying you select your thermal equipment - this was chaotic as most of the zips on the jackets were broken although there were some press studs that did work.... More

I took my three kids ages 9, 6, and 2 to Snow City. They have been bugging me to travel to a cold country to experience what good ol' Winter is like. So, I decided to give them a cheaper option of what it feels like to be in a freezer (1hr admission rates are $18 for adults and also... More

I do not understand at all on the point of putting 25/photo, or the leeching of $$ for every simple thing while providing horrible experience. I can understand if it's someother place but in Singapore? C'mon, you got to change the decade old policies and be more visitor friendly. No doubt, kids would love it because its different or feels... More
