Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

An awesome find.
A beautiful beach with not a huge amount of people.
Lovely sand and clear blue beach with nice waves.
Get a pina colada from the little little beach bar, they make them from scratch. Cut down the coconut scrape it out and blend up the pineapple so delicious. Totally recommend.

A 3km stretch of gorgeous white sand beach and rolling blue and white waves. The long straight beach and sometimes strong waves does lead to rip tides sometime so swimming is not advised. Maybe in the busy southern end where there are lots of people and potential assistance but not the full length. The busy end is surprisingly now filled with 400 metres of beachfront restaurants with sunbeds available so unfortunately is getting like any resort town, primarily motorbike day trippers from El Nido. Walk half the beach though and you will have it to yourselves apart from some other energetic walkers. And after 5pm with a great sunset and the departure of day trippers it is lovely. Be aware the beach has seasonal sandflies, known as niknik’s locally. Tiny you can hardly see leave itchy bites for days and a red spot as large as mosquito bites, far less prevalent at the busy end of the beach.

One of the best beaches near the Nest. Too bad we went in July and rainy season. It rained almost every day. I recommend going February to May. Basic but appropriate circuits

I rode a scooter from El out to this beach - about 45 minutes or so. Kind of a rough stretch at the end, but doable. It was windy, surf was high and treacherous, and no one was in the water. It did go on for a long distance so good for walking. However, I liked Lio Beach better, and it’s only 15 minutes from El Nido.

This beach is located in the north of El Nido and it is about 17km from center. We stayed in coron-coron area, so we drove about 30-35 min to reach the beach by bike. Road is okey, just some part closed to the beach out of asphalt but still drivable. Nacpan Beach is about of four km sand beach with clear water. Perfect for families. There are some restaurants to dine in and connect to wife. Beautiful spot for sunset.

My favorite beach north of El Nido. Accessible by Shuttle or tuktuk. The beach is so big that when you walk there you can find yourself alone.
Parasol and deckchair rentals from 250php: ideal for spending the day, a little isolated for a long stay for my taste.

one of the best beaches near downtown El Nido, in fact this is my favorite place in El Nido! I make it a point to ride a few minutes north, crawl through loose sands to get to this place, Nacpan beach. Like San Vicente's Long Beach, this place has barely any visitors to it. Long, wide, and practically empty, what's not to like?

Fantastic place located north of Palawan. Large long sandy beach with various small restaurants located next to the beach. We were at Angkla Beach club when we were there, which can be recommended. Something more expensive than usual, but very good service and standard. The sunset at Nacpan beach is definitely worth the wait. But Nacpan is a bit away from most, so regarding accommodation, I would take a max 2 nights here.

Our visit to Nacpan Beach was ok. When we walked away from the crowds it was beautiful. The sand fleas were active. The facilities were rustic and restaurant selection just alright. The paved road to get there ended before arriving to the beach. It continued as muddy unfinished road with very large deep dips. We were worried the van would get stuck. The Instagram reels of the beautiful twin crescent beaches are misleading. The path between the two is unclean and has pig pens. The other beach is unkept.

The best beach in El Nido. Clean and sugar like sand. Very gradual and waves are gentle. Not blighted by too many restaurants and stores. The unspoiled vibe is very relaxing. Vendors are not pesty, unlike in Thailand.

Ciao a tutti.

Hi Walter,
We stayed in two places, North and South of the airport. We stayed in Nacpan Beach, where you can swim freely. However it is about 40 minutes of rough road to get there. South of the airport, Viewdeck Cottages, we were about 15-20 minute walk to the town center. I don't think you can swim at the beaches there as the boats are coming in and out. We hired a boat to take us island hopping and scuba diving. It's really the best way to go to see the ocean blues or the turquoise teal.
Below are the places we stayed at:
Airbnb - The One and Only at Nacpan Beach, EL NIDO
El Nido Viewdeck
Hope that helps a bit.
Enjoy your travels!

Hello,
Is there a possibility to rent a scooter directly in Nacpan beach somewhere?
Thanks
Written 29 January 2023
Hi. You probably can make arrangements with your accommodation. They isn't a "place" to rent it. We rented from our AirBNB in Nacpan Beach.

Are there any options in Nacpan to do the island hopping tours that regularly depart from El Nido? We are planning to stay 4 nights in Nacpan but want to be sure we would be able to access the islands even paying a little more.
Written 2 October 2019
I am not too sure about island hopping in Nacpan. We hired a motorcycle from El Nido to Nacpan beach. And most of the tours depart at El Nido unless you hire a private boat from Nacpan. Your hotel should be able to help you.

Is there much access to free wifi around Nacpan Beach? Or near Mad Monkey Hostel? TIA
Written 19 September 2019
There is a restaurant along side the beach that has wifi. ON the actual beach I do not recall if the restaurant's wifi reached. Sorry

Its the longest beach area in El Nido, the next longest is in San Vicente. 4kms.
Nacpan Beach is a 4-km strip of powdery paradise north of El Nido town proper. The coconut lined beach faces a small cove next to Base Bay. The stretch runs southward to meet its twin — Calitang Beach. Together, they form a cape that sticks out to the sea that can get rough without warning. A small, palm crowned, grass-covered hill marks the spot where the two ivory beaches meet. Small islands dotting the bay can also be seen clearly from the beach.

Hey! Is there any way i can get to nacpan at night? like 9-10 pm. Thanks!
Written 6 February 2019
You could find someone to drive you on a tricycle. Have them stick around if you don't want to get left there.
