The main Padang Bai beach is lined with fishing boats where the locals come for an evening fix of bakso...do try its really good. A couple of lovely beaches around which is unbelievable with the boat jetty being so close.

I was so disappointed with this place, there might be some nice beaches around but the place itself is awful. You cannot walk one cm without being stopped by people trying to sell you boat tickets. I regretted having stayed there one night.
