It was fun witnessing the firing of the "Jardine Noonday Gun", a tradition that dates back to the early days of Hong Kong. You will not have a hard time finding the place, there's a clear direction going to the site.

It happens exactly at 12 noon. It is only fired once so if you arrive at 12.01 then you have missed it!
