Everybody goes to Tsi Sha Tsui when they visit Hong Kong. It has all the shopping and entertainment that you will ever need. Some parks to throw in too. Good luck.

This place is pretty central to stay in. You get to see and eat more local stuff. It is less developed and modern than HK island. You can still see old buildings and such in TST.

Take a stroll down Canton Road and watch your credit card hide with fear in your wallet. More high end shops than you can imagine. The area down near the harbour ferry is also worth a look but sadly you will be asked to buy a suit, a watch or a ladies handbag by a different hawker evey 10-15 metres... More

I stayed in Tsim Sha Tsui at the Royal Garden Hotel. Good location within walking distance of several sites and close to the subway station. I would stay in this area again.

Tsim Sha Tsui is the tourist shopping area in Hong Kong. There are many famous brand stores here and they run the gamut from cheap right up to high priced European designers. It's very accessible, the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui station is right in the middle of the stores.
