Cape Collinson Catholic Cemetery. If you Google "catholic cemetary starting dragon back", you will get blog posts on how to navigate the cemetery to Dragon's Back.

There are many restaurants at the end of the trail near the big wave bay beach. I would not say they are awesome, but decent ones definitely.
