I was pleasantly surprised at the gradient of this climb and relived that you can talk the whole way up! Yes it's steep in parts and there are some steps but overall it's ideal for groups and those that aren't expert hikers! My only advice...More

This is a gorgeous hike, but be warned that on weekends parts of it will be almost crowded with hikers. Suggest going on "non-peak" hours if possible.

The 8.5km route is most pleasant, scenic and refreshing! Took a cab ride from our hotel to To Tei Wan, enjoyed the trail (weather conditions were perfect!) that highlighted magnificent views of the HK islets and Shek O, and caught another cab ride from Tai...More

There are no places to buy food/drink at the start point but if you go all the way to Big Wave Bay there are a few places to eat and get a drink also surf board hire as well.
