Truly worth every penny. The food was amazing an excellent tour around the market and good instructions in making the dumplings. Joyce was very helpful and we even got to learn a few Cantonese words. The dumplings are so delicious, words cannot describe them.

I did morning tour on January 11th. Joyce was very knowledgeable and friendly. Wet market was interesting and cooking class was fun and easy to follow.

We went on a fun shopping tour in the local market then went over to our hosts apartment where we cooked up a wonderful meal together. It was really authentic, all the way from the market shopping to cooking in her home.
