Ryan was really great! He was super knowledgeable and had lots of great recommendations for other places to see and for local foods to try. You'll have plenty of time to explore the stops, like Observation wheel and Temple Street market. The night cruise and...More

The tour started late and the guide Joelle, babbled about rubbish. Nothing about Hong Kong. We went to the Peak but had to pay extra to go up. The "fishing village with local fishermen" is an inlet filled with million dollar boats and the sanpan...More

We signed up for our day tour from HK to Shenzhen with Grayline Tours at the tour desk of our hotel. For me, the price was worth the effort of having all these taken care of if you are going to the Mainland just for...More

This tour started badly (45 minutes not moving for no apparent reason). We then moved to the first stop Victoria peak. We had to wait 20 minutes (hence the previous wait) for the Sky Lift to open and were told to do some shopping before...More

Attended 2 tours, 1st was the avo sight seeing with dinner cruise. Ok but the jewelry tour was pathetic and unnecessary. The rest of the tour was great a small group so easy to get around. Day 2 was the day tour to the Buddha,...More

We took the half day tour supposed to be their premium experience. It was supposed to last 6 hours but actually the tour is less than 4 hours, rest of the time they are in a hurry to beat the traffic and get you back...More

What was good - jumping the line for the tram to the Peak, the Sampan boat ride at Aberdeen Harbour and the free pass for the City Tour with Ricksaw Buses. What was bad - we spent too long at the jewellery factory, which meant...More

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
Has anyone recently booked a Macau daytrip from Hong Kong? I am considering going with either Grayline or Viator: I have had better experiences with Viator, but the Grayline tour looks more interesting. Any advice? Thanks!

I agree with other answers to this question. We have had good experiences with Viator and would book with them again, perhaps not Grayline in Hong Kong
