The history in this place and surroundings is so significant that it shouldn't be missed. Having a guide to give overview and facts is also important.

A huge place with statues and beautiful flower beds. There was no shade and it was very hot. Lots of stores sold cold drinks. Like many things in China the scale is huge!

The place is impressive and our guide was great on explaining the history and the current use of each building. Very important: try to avoid the hottest hours, there is no shade to hide from the sun!
