Great experience! Planned a private lesson for myself and my colleagues. Was not disappointed! Was able to choose the menu, and the chef was very accommodating of the date and time of our class. Traffic was bad that day, and many of us were late...More

What a great day! The walk to the market through hutong neighborhood, the chance to poke about the market & ask questions was interesting, as was making dumplings from scratch (boiled, fried and steamed, with three different fillings) in a hutong residence kitchen. But best...More

We love to cook so didn't hesitate in finding a cooking class in Beijing. Cao was such a great guy, patient with our 7 year old daughter (eek a child with her own meat cleaver!) and showed us some tricks we had never seen for...More

Chao has shown us Hunan cuisine. He is a very friendly and communicative person. The dishes were delicious. After the preparation we were just sitting in the garden and chatting. Great experience while visiting Beijing.

I attended a dumpling cookery course here, expertly taught by our friendly teachers Yao and Bingbing. They made everyone feel very welcome and broke down every stage to make even the rolling/pinching stage accessible to those lacking in dexterity like myself. This of course was...More

Booked a dim sum class and a private lamian noodle class with my wife. I'm a chef and learnt a heap of information. Classes were small and the hutong that the class was conducted in was a great!
