After visiting the pyramids during the day we came back at night for the light show and I am glad we did, seeing the pyramids lit up with colors and lasers was magnificent however the show itself was a little outdated and boring at times. The lights are truly the best part not the story they are trying to tell.

So, when the light show started I felt like I had seen it before. James Bond:The Spy Who Loved Me", at about the 13 minute mark! It is a great show and they show it in many different languages on different nights. Abu Simbel also has one. If you are just exhausted and need the rest it is ok to... More

I attended this show on a very cold night in January. It was almost painful to sit through. They did have blankets to rent which we did but were still cold. I imagine on a nice night the experience is much better.

Don't waste an evening, this show is outdated and quite boring. Basically a slide show with narration that lasts much too long. If you are on a tour, you probably heard all the same things from your guide as we did.

Ok, I give this an average, because its old, technology is old, but so are the PYRAMIDS!!. Its a classic, from the voice of Omar Shariff, to the lights on the Great Sphynx. Even though it is an old presentation with little wow factor, its the show on the Giza Plateau, what else to do but GO!!

Really should not be missed! Wonderful to see the sphinx and pyramids lit up at night! It's very informative and tells the history in a very interesting storytelling narrative making it quite haunting and riveting. Get there early and take a windbreaker!

A very informative and beautiful, stunning colourful views of Pyramids and Sphinx. The Sound and Light show is very good and again a must visit . The show time is 60 minutes, confirm the time and language beforehand. The narration and lighting is very good. Reach the venue 30-40 minutes earlier to get front seats , otherwise you will get... The place is very cold and seats are not comfortable. It gives some glimses of egypt old history and creats interest for pyramids. But not able to understand clearly as sound are not very clear. The vehicle's headlights in between the show is very annoying.

Although we were all tired having arrived that day to Egypt, this show was a really good introduction to the history of the pyramids and Sphinx in Giza. Recommended/

A must sea place but please do carry your jackets as it turns to be very cold from minute to minute.
