It was not good. Perhaps it's because we are comparing it to the sound and light show with the chichen itza pyramid in Mexico. We thought it was going to be like that. But... no. The "story" is not good, the light and the sound is not good. You get the feeling like you are watching an old educational movie... More

Of the three Sound & Light shows we saw whilst in Egypt, this is easily the best. Magical and lovely.

its amazing how the entire show is created, being out in the open the sound also sound really nice. i would definitely recommend a visit to this place, we went for the sound and light show before going to the pyramids, i guess it was a good call.

This portion I do not believe is a must see, the show provides a historical account of the pyramids by shooting laser and holograms onto the pyramids. The show, in my opinion, was educational but boring and could use a little more "pizzazz" for lack of a better word. The pyramids are definitely a must see but not necessarily this... More

Well the show is nice but I expected more I think either way if you are close by I would definitely recommend to stay for the show.... If you are stay in Cairo maybe is not good to go through a heavy - Cairo night chaotic traffic- (I am not exaggerating) to see it.

The display involves the use of lights and laser. A historical account is given of the pyramids and the Spinx. The laser show projects onto the face of the sphinx what it would have looked like when originally carved. The event was not all that well attended. Lots of room for seating. Interesting presentation.

I think the best way to see the piramids are through the sound and light show. It is well done, gives you a glimse into the past and worth the visit. It brings the 3 piramids into perspective. I would have liked a bit more music rather than just the commentary. Tip - try and get there 30- 40 min... More

We were able to attend this show before going to see the pyramids the next day. The stories about the pyramids and the people of that time answered many of our questions. The next day we could see just how close the pyramids were to our location

Attended this show as i wasn't able to go visit the pyramids in the morning. Its a bit outdated, but if you dont have time and want to see the pyramids in their glory at night time or if you have too much time with nothing to do, its not a bad option. The story is hard and boring to... More
