Karim and his team were professional and absolutely wonderful people. I went riding through the desert for 2 hours at sunrise and it was an amazing experience. I liked it so much that I made it a point to go back there twice after even thought my stay in Egypt was really short. You can tell your guide your level... More

We were picked up by a driver sent by the stables and offered tea upon arrival. The horses we got were healthy and beautiful. We had a guide Muhammad, an elderly man, who was absolutely delightful. He never harassed us for a tip and was very caring and warned us about ignoring sales people and anybody else asking us to... More

After three visits to Cairo I would have to say this was the beat experience without any doubt. I wrote them an email over breakfast, received a phone call within 15 minutes, 6 of us were picked up at the hotel an hour later and taken to the main ticket booth and then their stables. The horses were saddled and... More

I see a lot of reviews here from people who had previous riding experience, thought I'd share my perspective as someone who had literally never even touched a horse before! It was fantastic! On my arrival, I was given tea and what seemed like a very tame horse; within 20 minutes I was up in the saddle! I was given... More

We organised to go horse riding at sunset around the pyramids. I organised the trip through Karen and she was extremely helpful and efficient in replying. A driver picked us up from our hotel and took us to the stables. Our guide Mohammed had our horses ready for us. He was very patient and kind considering we're both beginners. He... More

I had booked this online with Karen a number of weeks before my visit. Located behind a tiny alley right next to the desert boundary, alongside a number of other horse and camel stables, I was pleased to note how much healthier the horses were in comparison. No ribs showing, no whip scars or anything like that, and that was... More

I read on tripadvisor about this stable and decided to go for a ride during my business stay in Cairo. I can definitely recommend this stable in every sense! The stable is located next to the Cheops pyramids just at the entrance to the dessert. You can easily ride to the Cheops pyramids and visit them or even take a... More

I was originally going to spend my entire trip in Luxor, but some last minute changes to my flight schedule cropped up and I was given one night in Cairo as a connection. This gave me the opportunity to have a look at the horse-riding operators in and around Giza and FB stables constantly came up in my searches as... More

I selected this stable in Giza because of all the glowing reviews which said "well trained horses, good guides, they match you with an appropriate horse, well cared for horses, etc." Their horses seemed healthy enough, but, I wouldn't say they're trained. Arabs are nervous horses by breeding but I have ridden plenty that were calm. The first horse they... More

Friendly family run business, very welcoming and safe (I was there as a female solo traveler). I chose to go ride in the desert for 3 hours with one other rider/guide from stables, and it was a great experience. Other option would have been to ride around the pyramids themselves (you have to pay for an area ticket of 80EGP... More
