Calm, peaceful & relaxing

One of the few attractions in Cairo in which you can get away from the noise & the hustle and bustle of the city. You can walk, jog, take pictures or just relax

I used to take my dog here. She could run around off leash (rare in Cairo). Other times, I would come here with friends and we'd hike around or set up a BBQ somewhere. Lovely place!

Just a few minutes from chaotic Cairo traffic, you can find this treasure of nature. Easy to rich by taxi, entrance 5 le for foreigners, if you want to enter by car you will pay 10 le. There is possibility to overnight in tent. You can consider this as five billion stars hotel :)

It's a protectorate located in the heart of Cairo. It is a lovely place to hang out with your Friends. Multiple activities can be done there; hiking, BBQ, camping or biking. The best time to visit it is at winter as it gets very hot. Don't miss enjoying the stars at night and be careful, the roads are very rough... More

I went to the wadi with a group of students preparing for the Duke of Edinburgh Award. The wadi is approximately 17KM in length, be bottom of which is fairly flat. There are lots of side canyons for you to explore. You can easily spend all day in the wadi walking and it is possible to walk the entire length... More
