Myanmar PLG Travels & Tours provided an excellent and friendly service. They made it much easier to plan our trip as they took care of all the arrangements. Highly recommend PLG. We truly enjoyed the culture, exotic places and specially the warmth and friendliness of the Myanmar people. (Bagan, Mandalay and Inle Lake is a must see.)

Myanmar was country number 52 that we have visited. We normally rent a car and just drive with no hotel reservations and a loose plan on what we want to see. This is not possible in Myanmar since there are no car rental agencies. You can hire a car and driver but no self drive. We then began looking at... More

I sent out emails to a number of different travel companies in Myanmar outlining our 5 week itinerary which included several trips to places most travellers don't frequent. I was immediately impressed by Mr. Min Thet from PLG Travel and Tours. He is an exceptional young man who was willing to ogranize our trip despite the complexities. We emailed back... More

From the first communication with Mr Min Thet, of Myanmar PLG travel, I felt that I am dealing with a responsive, serious and committed  service provider. A long series of E-mails followed and our itinerary for our 8 day tour of "Classic Myanmar" has been finalized. Again and again, with a lot a perseverance,  Mr Min tried to fulfill all... More

I found PLG through tripadvisor so I decided to contact them and told them what I wanted to see and do in 3 days.Mr Min Thet(tour operator) replied me with lots of useful information that I even did not think about it.He... I just returned from Myanmar and would like to share some of my experiences. They are not very different from other reviews but I feel that I have so enjoyed others reviews of Myanmar that I would like to add something. I went on my own April 28, 2012 to May 5. I booked with avia travel, berkeley, California. Air... More

Warm friendly people, safe to travel even on one's own. Tip, take your medication with you, not too easy to get what one is used too. Bagan a must see, Kakku & Inle lake too. Sagar the sunken stupas a day trip while at Inle lake, & so is Kakku. Enjoy this wonderful country before it's too late.
