The fruits and vegetable are organic. They also sell clothes and do braiding. The shops across the road are cheaper fro clothes and souvenirs.

Hi the main market is open everyday except Sunday, I think they close a bit earlier on Sat too but check on that

Trip advisor doesn't let you put web addresses in replies, so just Google "port vila cruise ship schedule" and you will find the website that lists all planned cruise ship arrivals

No the markets are local people selling products for locals plus some beading and simple craft.
