this was a last morning visit - the wealth of trees was beautiful. do look out for the lizards - they are not easy to miss. The turtles in the pond were busy sunning themselves.

This is impressive botanical garden in Bogota. Anyone who has a green thumb would love this. You see all the amazing rosas and flowers that come from this beautiful country. Tip- Wear comfortable shoes there is a lot of walking.

Not many people go to the Botanical Garden in Bogota and it's actually quite a beautiful jewel if you like plants but also if you just enjoy the day at a beautiful and huge park.

Hi, I think so, according to their webpage they are open from 9 to 5 on Sundays, so I would expect them to be open on Christmas. However, I would call their number before going. 1-437-7060
