Nice to take conceptual pictures if you like it. Better arrive early to avoid crowds and be able to take individual pictures.

We had a wonderful day by the BIG hand. We are staying not far so we walked down to it. The beach was clean and it was great to people watch. It's worth the visit for sure.

Looks much better on the pictures then it is in real life. Although it is a must visit spot if you are visiting punta del Este.

The monument is a must-see as it is interesting and a tourist spot as well. But that is it and period. If you can go early it is much better as you will be able to see it without the crowd of people around.

The giant hand coming from the sand is one of the top three attractions in Punto del Este but not worth the visit alone. The 'hand' is conveniently directly opposite the local bus terminal, so easy to find for visitors arriving from Montevideo. It's in...More

Its like touching the hand of god!! that is covered by sand!! very cool attraction and the backdrop of the beach is jsut magnificent. Do visit!!

I was told by the locals that this represented a surfer under water trying to come up for air...I think its best to go at night if you want to get some good pics...too many tourist during the day

My friend João and I was in a motorcycle tour in Uruguay! In Punta we have stayied at hotel Playa Brava, very close to this attraction, the Fingers! People love to go there to take pictures and so on!
