So we went to look at the gold shops and there was certainly enough not to disappoint. They even had a fair amount of white gold. We had a fun time although did not secure a purchase! The mall is confusing with lots of entrances and small shops with bits and pieces. Would only go for the gold and if... More

The mall is very much what to me feels like a traditional mall for locals. There's a secrion specializing in gold and jewelery and a large variety of stores that sell fabric and electronics. You will not find standard brands or stores here but rather the place where I see locals doing their everyday shopping.

A two floor mall which is good for street shopping of perfumes and other knick knacks to carry as gifts.

The trick to navigating the oft-congested Madinat Zayed Shopping Center is to find the deserted parking lot in the back! There are always available, FREE parking spaces. This way I am able to sneak into the back and walk directly to the abaya shops. Great prices!

I went here to get an affordable Abaya for National Day. It is a more budget, local mall where you can feel more of the local culture as opposed to just the commercial malls. Many jewelry stores here as well. I enjoy going here.

There is not really anything special about this shopping center except the gold souk. There are maybe 30-40 gold shops there. My boyfriend got a good offer on a gold necklace and paid the price of gold + maybe 30-40 euros. You are going to have to bargain there. So if you want to buy gold i would definitely recommend... Fairly decent shopping centre with lots of different shops. The gold shops are amazing. Lots of gold on sale. The top flor has restaurants. There's a big supermarket in there too. Though I asked in 6 shops for loose change for a AED200 note, no one helped.

It's a bit old but, for me, it was a good place to go for reasonably priced but nice abayas (150 AED range). We went based on an online recommendation and were not disappointed. There are a couple of buildings connected one of which has Lulu Hypermarket (always a good place to go for food, toiletries and homegoods). If you... More

This mall is very old one and traditional. You will get anything for your home from here with reasonable price. Lulu, KM Trading, Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society are the Hypermarket outlets. Two food courts are there. One at the top of LULU and another one besides KM Trading (both upstairs). Adjacent gold market is also located. Not high class brands,... More
