I enjoyed the walk in the garden and loved the museum. If you're a history lover then it's a must visit for you.

It appears that the museum proper has been closed for most of the past four years, but the garden surrounding it remains open with an entrance fee of 750 Syrian pounds. There are several archaeological bits and pieces dotted round the garden but sadly none...More

I visited in summer 2010 and was very impressed with the collection in this museum. They really highlighted the different eras of history in Syria. It was very nice to see.
