This is a good place to visit. The visit must be done during day and night. The lights at night is worth the seeing. The nearby boat ride is also a way to get another perspective. The buildings are all different shapes and sizes.

Approximately 5km from end to end, very pedestrian friendly and a great place for views of the city (old and new). This is a lovely addition to the waterfront and free parking is available.

At the Doha Corniche, yes you can go for a beautiful morning or evening Jog/walk/Run, and also people would spend a lovely family time with their families and their loved ones. Some of the Complementary Facilities provided that i know of are Free Charging points for mobile phones with choice of multiple charging leads for almost all kinds of phones... More

The corniche, like the name suggests, is a long stretch of pavement, palm tree and greenery next to the sea. Though it does look beautiful and has a great view of the city skyline it is not a practical feature for a city like Doha. The city is very hot for much of the year and there for it's impractical... Day or night, the Corniche in Doha is beautiful. It is great for strolling or jugging. The Museum of Islamic Art is on the Corniche along with other beautiful things to see. It is inspiring. It is one of the most visited places in Doha, so there are always people around. The waterfront has been designed attractively. It is peaceful... More

We had prayed our Juma Salath and went to the Corniche. The Weather was so nice and cool breeze was flowing. I felt like nothing, cannot describe in words. We found one guy catching fish and he got hold of one nice fish there. It was great experience.

In U.K. The Corniche would be described as a promenade. It stretches in an an arc pretty much from City Centre to the Museum of Islamic Art at Souq Waqif area & beyond - I think some 3 or 4 kms. It is well tended & broad. Parents kids joggers all coast along this esplanade. Apart from the magnificent sky... More

After more than 8 years, this place become more an street than an attraction. It is nice if you get the right day and time, but there are days like weekends, in special Friday, that in some spots, the public is not that nice despite relatively safe. Near the MIA I believe that is the best spot to also enjoy... More
