The fort is nice to see from outside, as it was not allowed to enter during my visit. Worth to stop by if you were near by.

It is worthwhile having a look close up - however unfortunately when I was there the entrance was blocked by stair repairs and so it was not possible to climb up into it - so check before you go.

An amazing fort located in muscat. One can see it upclose standing right under it and also the view is beautiful when one sees it from far. One can climb the fort also but do take precautions.

The fort is located next to the Sultan's palace. It's worth the while visiting it, when you are in the area. The view over the water is nice as well.

It is a very nice to walk in. The fort itself is not that impressive but if you are lucky you could meet parrots nesting in its walls.
