This is an amazing fish market. Fresh fish arrive daily. It does not smell fishy due to the fish being so fresh. You should ask before taking photos as some do not want their photos taken. This is perfect to check out the local culture....More

This is one place where one can get good fish, prawns and other products, that they clean and give. Parting is an issue on Fridays.

It's a working fish market, so you need to be mindful of that and not get in the road. But very interesting and great photo opportunity. Loved the huge yellow fin tuna.

This place is a worth a quick stop to see Omani fisherman and their catch of the day. Oman is known for more seafood in their Arabic Cuisine compared to other Persian Gulf Arab nations.

We are seafood lovers and this place is almost a weekly visit must except in summers. Good fresh variety of seafood sometimes bargain prices. Also a bit touristy.
