Ive was living In Dubai for 3 years and visited ODC 13 times. a week there is like a month any where else in the world. One of my fav places on the planet and compared to all accom its the most cost effective and with fresh lobster at 15 reals (20 quid) your in for a treat - the bar is a great place to meet other travelers and divers…

Spent a good 10 days at the resort (Muscat Hills Resort) and during our stay we went on two day trips with the Oman Dive Center. The dive center is independent to the resort but on the same premises. Diving The two main instructors are Andrea and Chris - both highly highly experienced divers and can take you to all sorts of dive sites depending on experience and level. The water around the area is very calm so a great spot for diving if you prefer calm waters! Did 2 dives and 1 refresher course for 94 OMR (220 euros). Dolphin Watching & Snorkeling at Turtle Bay Also went on a 4 hour trip to see dolphins and go snorkeling- saw nearly 60 dolphins which was truly amazing. I have never seen so many in my life. Also the snorkeling was great - saw a massive sting ray & a massive turtle. Paid 30 OMR (70 euros). …
