I went to Beirut once in my life and I still recall it as the best place I have been to. The air is extremely friendly and the people are so welcoming and approachable. I rented a bike and made sure to exercise every morning during my week-long trip. I also walked the Corniche several times on my way back... More

Been going to the Corniche for over 20 years. I love an early morning run. Always bump into familiar faces. It is just catharsis after a long week or month of traveling and stress. Start off from La Plage restaurant, go thru Raouche al the way to Ramlet el Baida on a sunny day. Highly recommended.

The Manara Cornice in Beirut is a long and nice place to take a walk and unwind. You get to see a lot of things, meet a lot of people and have a great sea view.

You must come and stroll on the corniche to take in the experience of what old Beirut was. Sea views.

Nice view of the sea. Very good for a walk on a not too warm day. Plenty of cafes along if you need a break

See the men fishing along the banks with a nice view of the city and mountains in the background. Great for a jog for miles if you are into that. And you will see all kinds of people in their natural environment enjoying the day.

We went along the corniche for a walk one morning. We walked from raouche to zaitouny Marina. Lots to see along the way and very refreshing walk too.

Beirut northern sea front, totaling 3 Km plus, add to it another 1Km the Zaytouna bay walk since it is a natural extension. it is the lungs of Beirut. Wheter you want to take a stroll, or run for exercise, it is the best place to do it, the sea to the north and some of the most prestigious buildings... More
