My first visit to Tehran, and my customer thought I should experience the bazaar. Visiting on a Thursday, after the holidays I was told it wasn't as busy as normal as many locals were out of town. You can walk the narrow lanes (whilst stumbling in the gutter running the length) and buy everything from dried fruits and nuts to... More

It's an obliged stop to understand the business life of the Country. It's possible to find anything and every street is dedicated to a specific sector.

One of the busiest places I have been with a fantastic selection of merchandise, traditional eating places etc. This is a maze of a place so keep track of your location. Depending on your location it could take quite a while to get there in Tehran's mad traffic.

For me it was something new. The people were helpful and helped me with everything. They offered me even old Iranian foods to test and when I didn't liked it they gave me another ones without to pay anything extra
