A worthwhile excursion. Kinda neat. People are ever friendly and accommodating. Really great. It's great to see a nice area, with cool to moderate weather. I wish Iranians PICKED UP THEIR TRASH! But overall a great area.

We drove north into the Alborz mountains and the end of Tehran where we reached this place of many restaurants. Had an OK meal and walked back. Not overly impressed - there are nicer places in Tehran than here.

In a city environment especially big city like Tehran, You don't expect such place, Darband is different and it worth seeing. In hot seasons it is agreeable place at evenings and good to taste local food.

Very popular in Tehran . One of best places to spend in the heart of mountain . Best for nightlife activities . Many special restaurants beside the river .

You can ride a metro and take a shared cab. and then you can just hike and hike until you get bored. there... More
