The Dead Seal lived up to expectation. I went through the Dead Sea Spa and even though there were signs all over the ground, warning that there were no life guards, there was a local guide on the beach peddling the dead sea mud which he had in a barrel. He helped me get into the sea; best to go... More

sure it was an unusual unforgettable experience...when you walk in to the water to some distance you feel as though you are pushed up..due to the density of the saline water,10 times saltier than any sea! Avoid water getting in to your eyes..incase it does, clean your eyes with fresh water immediately..otherwise the eye turns red the whole day..there are... More

The water was clear, alongside a pebbled ' entrance' , 2-3 meters into the sea, a sand flooring. Floating in the water was calming. I liked the range of colours of the tiny... More

This is a good visit to the Dead Sea but just don't JUMP into the water. Go in slowly.....I have never been in a sea where you don't sink. You just float. But you come out extremely smooth...If that's your thing.
