This is one of the longest and prettiest promenades I've ever seen. It runs along the beach almost from Herzlia to Bat-Yam for about 8 miles. This is the real Tel Aviv!

Here is the best place to savor the sea breeze, soak up sun and people watch. So many sites and colors. Stop for yoga or dance in the evening.

When you have a free day in Tel Aviv, during your stay in Israel, (between October and June), instead of spending the day on the beach, take a couple of hours to walk from Jaffa all the way to Hertzlia. I can ensure you that...More

This is where you meet the World. Spent hours just watching people. However lots of things to do and bikes can easily be rented if you not feel like walking. Right on the beach. An absolute must!

You can ask by name of the beach section. Don't ask for Hilton (there's no promenade there), but you can pick one of the other beaches, which go (North to South): Gordon beach, Frishman beach, Bograshov beach, and Jerusalem... More

Yes, there are a couple of bathroom structures where you can change. I'm germ phobic so I don't go near them. Some showers on the beach too.
