Park in the Tachana lot and then walk up Shabazi street. You might be inspired to stop along the way for an ice cream or wine. The wonderful Dallal Bakery/Cafe (a few steps off of Shabazi) is great for a refreshing pit stop.

Neve Tzedek is a charming neighborhood. Many houses have gone a lovely renovation that kept their original style . The area of Suzann Dallal and all the buildings around are specially lovely.

I guess this one was answered already, or not relevant anymore, and that the question was "are any of the shops and restaurants open on Saturday / Shabat" and the answer is YES!
