We had a 1/2-day tour of Bethlehem with guide Martin A. Handal, and it was *superb*. Absolutely superb. He was extremely knowledgable and nuanced. Our highest recommendations.

Our tour guide Ofir made it a great experience. extremely knowledgeable, funny and courteous. He took us on a tour of Nazareth/ eastern Galilee, described the history of every site that we visited and allowed us to take the time and enjoy this unique experience. We will return soon and for sure we will ask for him to guide us on... More

So this is the tour guide that we were given. Great friendly guy, but he didn't seem to like us taking our time to really search out the places he took us. There were no coffee or snack stops unlike other tour parties we would pass.....and we were always being told to HURRY UP! So, I think it's best that... More

We organised 3 tours before departing on our holiday: Jerusalem Old & New Cities; Bethlehem and West Coast of Israel. We had the same guide, Aga, for the 1st and 3rd full day tours and he was excellent. We saw and learnt so much which we couldn't have done independently. The tour into Bethlehem was a half day and quite... More

My partner and I booked on a full-day tour to Caesarea, Haifa, Rosh Hanikra and Akko. Our tour guide was great - enthusiastic, knowledgeable and good fun. There were only 5 tourists in our group - 3 English-speakers and 2 French-speakers and our guide switched between the two languages with ease. It was a bit of a whistle-stop tour as... More

I've visited Israel three times (leading two groups) with Diesenhaus, and each trip has been wonderful. Linette at Diesenhaus is very organized and professional - checking with us to make sure our trip is going well. Our tour guide Ran Ortner is the best in Israel. His knowledge is exceptional, and he is very personable with the members of the... More

This was the third leg of a larger tour. We paid extra money for 5 star but we should have stayed in three stars as it was so disappointing. The guide Shifa and her driver were awesome but the hotels/rooms kept being a joke. The worst was the David in the Deadsea which fails all reasonable reviews on trip advisor.... More

We just got home from our "In the Footsteps of Christ" tour to Israel. It was the best tour I have been on. From the airport transfers to the tour itself. Jerry Lepre was our guide and he is exceptional. He put us at ease right away and made us feel comfortable in Israel. He was keenly aware of the... More
