In July 2020, we went on a 2 day + tour of the North starting in Tel Aviv and ending in Jerusalem. Our guide's name was probably Yaakov, but he called himself Yakkey. I had been to Israel several times, but 30 years ago. The change and growth amazing! Yakkey was great, he injected personal history, warmth and obvious love of Israel at every step. The tour ended in Jerusalem, and when we reached Hebrew University in Jerusalem, He broke out a bottle of wine to drink a "L'Chaim" with everyone. What a sweet touch! He left such a lasting positive impression on my wife and me, that even a year later, I still felt compelled to leave a glowing review about him, this tour and this company.

We were in Israel for 7 days. Days 2 through 6 we were very fortunate to have Saeed Yassin as our tour guide and I must say I was quite impressed with his insight of the culture and history of the region. I found his ability to speak 5 languages extremely amazing since our tour was for Spanish speakers. There are many reasons I like Saeed but the ones that stand out were his his knowledge, kindness, punctuality, patience, concern for the safety of the group, and his constant updates about the COVID-19 situation, which eased many of our concerns. For an insightful and memorable experience in Israel my recommendation is Saeed.

Our first day trip to Masada and Dead Sea it was great Out Tour guide Noure had great knowledge, but the only thing was the time at the dead sea was very short, we barely had time to enjoy the water and I didn't get a chance to change clothes on our way back to the hotel. we had only 2 hours including lunch.. which took almost 45 min. Overall it was good. Day 2 to 5, We had a Amazing Tour Guide his name was Saeed Yassin which speak 5 language and his knowledge, history of each city and area exceed our expectation.. I would highlighted recommend Saeed to anyone who has the opportunity to visit Israel. We visit Jaffa, Cesarea, Haifa, San Juan de Acre, Sea of Galilee, Nazareth, Safed, Rio Jordan Monte Tabor, Mount of Olives expect Belen bcos it was closed. Day 6-9 we were suppose to travel to Amman and Petra but due to the Covid-19 We didn't make it but we had to paid fee and we got stuck between Jordan and israel border for 8 hours bcos they didn't know what will happen to us.. Finally Israel let us in back to the hotel and we miss the rest of our trip.. Very disappointing as they added 3 people from other tours as they were in Belen before they close their city.. We didn't make it to Belen bcos it was closed.. Jordan claim they close their border but other people pass but our bus didn't.. We had many older people in our bus luckily they have us pizza and water but not enough for everyone.. They try to make up for one tour to the bell caves, Stalactite cave and free Lunch however it was unacceptable but based on the COVID 19 it was no other choice to accept.. Their office should have been monitoring and working 24 hours and 7 days with their tour guides to make sure we were all safe especially avoiding to mix people who had been infected areas. Overall We had a great beginning but bad ending bcos we didn't get a chance to Visit Amman and Petra.. I hope once this COVID-19 get under control perhaps one day in the future will try to make it back.. I only wish my parents are still with me. Adding two pics of our group..

We spent three days touring northern Israel ending in Jerusalem. Meni was our tour guide. This was the final three days of a 21day tour of Egypt Jordan and Israel. As you can see we had many guides during this tour. For me Meni was the most entertaining Iguide and the best. We had seen many sights over many days so it would have been easy to be too tired to enjoy the final tour. Meni made the tour come alive with amazing discussions, many news bits of information and always a surprise location or event for each day. He was amazing. I looked forward to each tour day and what new event or experience we would have that day. Thank you Meni. I will be recommending you to all my friends. Thank you for a great final three days 🤗 Kathleen Soltys
