Scholars are confident that under this church are the ruins of the "office space" of the High Priest Caiaphas. This is the place that Jesus was brought to await the hearing in front of Caiaphas. It's surreal to stand in the same cell Jesus would...More

This was a special treat for our pilgrimage. Most of us didn't know that this existed and we were able to celebrate Mass there. The gift shop was awesome, too!

Outside the Old City Walls of Jerusalem, the Church of St. Peter is both a modern and ancient place. Underneath the sanctuary, you will find a dungeon of caves, where Jesus Himself may have been held captive the night before His crucifixion. You see, this...More

The place reminds us of what happened: *Peter denying knowing Jesus 3 times, before the cock crow *Jesus led to Caiaphas The trail connects Mount of Olives and Golgotha (Skull Hill).

This is a place where you need to spend some time - there is so much to see. Underneath the church there are some caves that are worth visiting.

The Church represented the place of Peter's denial of Jesus three times followed by rooster crowed and Peter later bitterly repented reminding pilgrims the Lord's passion and sufferings.

Next to the Church are recently excavated steps that all archaeologists agree are the steps that Jesus walked on Holy Thursday.

This, like all the holy places in Israel, has a church built over the area. This church commemorates Peter's denial of Jesus and is the site of Caiaphas' house. Here Jesus was held and interrogated on the night He was betrayed. Of great interest was...More

You don't just see this site, you have to e perience it. The tour takes you to where Jesus could have been whipped, and then down into the pit where he would have been left. There is a book with different languages for reading one...More
