Not able to access the interior on my visit as it was a working day and security it immense. You would need a valid reason to step inside.

Excellent tour with a lot of information. Generous and kind staff. Beautiful building both inside and out. Felt very welcomed and able to ask questions and received informative and clear answers. Chagall art work was explained and beautiful.

From the roundabout below with menorah and star to the Israel Museum down the street, the Knesset sits perched (and protected) in the Jerusalem hills. As spring turns into summer, the sun shines on it, and the nature surrounding is at its best.

I truly enjoyed learning and seeing the Knesset. Due to lack of time, I wasn't able to go inside. There is much interesting history here.

Interesting tour of the Knesset...definitely worth the time! Very informative-good explanation of how the Israeli parliament and democracy work. Don't forget to bring your passport to show on the way in! The tour scheduled for first thing in the morning was not very crowded. Check the website for the scheduled tour times.

We have lead several groups to tour the Holy Land but this was our first trip to the Parliament House in Jerusalem. So very interesting. They are quite proud of all the representation they have but...no Messianic Jews???

There is nothing to do or see here. Just lots of young men and women in uniforms with guns hanging around. Save your time, money and effort for other interesting places.

Felt awed standing outside Knesset - don't envy the difficult work going on inside. Was taken aback for a second by a woman throwing a bucket of dirty water on an official looking car - turned out to be a filming of a movie scene - glad it's not all serious all the time there!

Just the entry to this "House of Power" is an experience in itself. Coming from a "peaceful" land like New Zealand to be exposed to the severe security requirements in Israel demonstrates the pressure Israelis live under continually. To sit and watch and listen to these men and women charged with the responsibility to govern this turbulent nation is a... More
