This is an old outdoors outlet/shopping mall. Its glory days ended in the late 1980's and the early 1990's and nowadays it just feels somehow irrelevant. There are several eateries and a train station in the compound.

I just been there did a little bit of shopping, ate at BIGA, their Shakshuka is delicious and the bread...to go there every day kind of bread, I really loved it.

If you have a lot of time you can find a good buy Otherwise a lot cheap junk The most of the stores have to much stuff it’s hard to move around. And the others have all most nothing

This shopping Mall was converted from old industrial zone. It is widely spared allowing you to find parking next to the building you want to visit. We frequent go to shop there for furniture, DIY, closing and grocery. There is also a nice bowling alley.

For those of you who are not familiar with Houtzot HaMifratz this a a huge collection of outlet stores. There is different types of clothing, furniture, restaurants, shoes and even a large health food grocery store. There is something for everyone both for little ones, tweens, teenagers, moms and dads. Just make sure you bring good walking shoes because it's huge. There is a newly opened train station so reaching this outlet wonderland is really easy. …
