Welcome to The Botanical Garden of Eilat (in the organic farm) On the northern border of the town of Eilat is hidden a spectacularly beautiful garden - the botanical garden of Eilat. The garden was created on a former military outpost and is built on stone terraces in ancient Biblical style. Inside the garden there are rare plants from all over the world, a reconstructed stream, waterfalls, enchanting walking tracks, signposting, seating areas, bird sanctuaries and its crowning glory, a rain forest. The rain forest is the first of its kind in the world! A cool and refreshing experience for all the family. Does it sound like the Garden of Eden? That's just what it's like. In the Park: Plant nursery, sales centre, herbal teas and organic coffee, ice lollies and more

We were in Eilat out of season - at the beginning of January - so when we went to the botanical gardens there was hardly anyone there, just the way we like it. I'm not sure what it would be like in the high season when it is (I assume) very busy and very hot. I was quite surprised by... More

Thank you for your lovely review. The abandoned machine gun post is a reminder for what was before: either army post or just desert. More

As far as botanical gardens go, this one is very small. It is very beautiful and pleasant. It is also a good place for a romantic trip. There is a decent cafe on location. It is priced reasonably by Israeli standards.

Thank you for the nice review. We plan to expand and to change more desert land into "jungle". The Botanical Garden is Private enterprise, and more visitors help us to precede our goal. More

Calm and picturesque place, bring you to peaceful mood. It took a lot of resources to grown it up in the desert, people who built it love their work, and it is great. Чудове місце, що налаштовує на мирний, спокійний настрій. Із задоволенням прогулялись дощовим тропічним лісом, послухали природу. Варто відвідати, щоб побути наодинці з собою. До того ж, краєвиди... Small garden away from all the hotel scenes. Boasts a mini rain forest in desert conditions. Located in entrance to Eilat.

Thank you for visiting. The Garden is 30,000 sqm The "rain forest" is unique, one of its kind in the world: In the middle of the desert , not in a green house . We are located in the entrance of Eilat, 5-10 minute from the hotels The garden grows and changes all the time. More

Enjoyed very much visiting the garden! In the middle of the desert they maned to grow unique plants and trees, which you can see while walking on the trail, lots of sitting places and even some shower in the rain forest area. Defenately worth a visit.

In the middle of the desert an amazing variety of plants from all over the world. Nice corners with wooden carved statues, swings, streams, water falls, a rain forest and beautifull views of Eilat's bay and mountains

The Botanical Garden in Eilat is no less than a miracle ! In this hot and dry city, the owners turned a former army base into a green, lovely garden with an artificial waterfall and a water steam. Trees, herbs, land and water vegetation from all around the world, flowering all around the year. The garden overlooks the entire city... More

A beautiful experience of nature in an extreme. Experience the history of nature as you meander around these trees and plants, including a tree grown from a 1200 year old seed! And in the middle of it all experience a real rain forest in the middle of the desert. A unique experience. Samples of history as you explore the old... More

An amazing place. It may not be Kew Gardens but is a remarkable spot in the desert. The rain forest section is the highlight. One of the best places to visit when need a break from the direct sunshine (if one ever does)
