We did this dinner cruise and show with plan tours,we arrived late to board the boat, because of traffic ,so we had seat's that wasn't near stage. Dinner was good, staff very attentive, while we had dinner we cruised along the Bosporus, we could see the city of Istanbul with all the mosques, palaces and homes of the wealthy beaming in... More

We booked our Bosphorous Cruise through Dances of Colours and we were not disappointed. The food, entertainment and duration of the cruise was exactly what we expected. Our transfers were done professionally and timeously. The city looked amazing at night with all the lights. As it was on our last evening in Istanbul, we were able to identify most of... More

My wife and I recently took an afternoon Bosphorus cruise with Dances of Colours and really enjoyed it. Our pickup was on time - the drivers were not the friendliest but they did not join us on the boat, so it was not a big deal. We joined a boat full of people on a full day cruise around 12:30... My husband and I took the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise. It was one of the most unusual experiences I've ever had on a tour. The pick up was fine and easy - they were a little on the early side so be ready early. We were the first pick up then 2 other groups were picked up in our van. When... More

The evening we went was somewhat crowded with people having been seated too close to each other. Was expecting more of a show. Some performers seemed a bit amateurish. The only one with good experience was the belly dancer towards the end. A lot of audience participation which we weren't expecting based on previous reviews. We wanted to see more... More

We truly enjoyed our time on the Dances of Colours cruise while in Istanbul. It was a long evening though, so we were pretty tired by the end of the time. The staff had prepared Wonderful Food!!!. Everything was as advertised and we had a great time. Istanbul is a beautiful city by night.

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
