Worst nightmare visit of my live !

If it was possible, i would rate it zero ! Just to cash your money (70 euros), and transport you in places you could go easily by yourself. No explication, no story , group of... read more

I enjoyed the Gray Line tour to Troy. I was lucky to be in a group of 4, and it seemed we were friends from the outset. Slight confusion over meals included on tour. Brochure said lunch and dinner included; but we stopped for breakfast and were told it was included. (My hotel had packed me a breakfast.) Lunch was... More

The day was long, yet the trip was informative and fun as we drove from Istanbul to Troy and Gallipoli, then back to Istanbul. The guide Yildiray and driver Aydin were professional and flexible by dealing with challenging seasonal fog that delayed our crossing of the Dardanelles. They rerouted our itinerary ensuring the historic sites were visited successfully within tight... More

I booked tour 3, which is a full day tour, based on recommendation from the hotel receptionist. The morning of the tour started off on a bad note as the bus did not pick me up from the designated point until 9 AM as supposed to 8 AM. By then I have waited for more than 1 hour. We did... More

My husband and I were referred to Gray Line Turkey by our hotel for a full day tour of Istanbul. Our hotel had given us good recommendations earlier, so we booked without checking reviews (a huge regret on our part). This is a quick and dirty tour that sacrifices any bit of quality for profits. It was a fast paced... More

There were 20+ people in the group, and people kept being added at different points. I was never quite sure who was in the group. No effort was made to kindly round us up when we left to wander for a few minutes. The guide (the chap with a pony tail) was quite brusque in manner. I was in Istanbul... More

You see a lot on their tours, but you feel like a number being pushed along. My wife and I did a full day tour of the Hippodrome area followed by a tour of the Bosphorus. You ride on giant buses and wear a giant sticker. You feel like you are in a factory. Their tour guides were not personable... More

I booked a Bosphorus Cruise with this company which costs $80 dollars. They were supposed to pick me up at my hotel at 8:00am, but they didn't arrive until 8:45am. They put us on a bus and drove us to a distant location and then put us on a different bus to begin the tour. Long story short, the company... More

Do not get on a tour bus. spend more time on bus in traffic than at site. 17 Million people, bumper to bumper traffic in narrow streets. Too many people.
