We visited during a handcrafts exhibition and it was nice to see what was on offer and support local traders. If there was no event on, there would not be much to see.

The Ismaili Center Dushanbe is an excellent piece of architecture, combining modern and traditional elements. Guided tour is available. On Sundays the center is open to public.
