Lanka is home of Buddha temples and this one is one of the better ones. This is smaller compare to other in Colombo but offer some beautiful statutes.

Another nice Buddhist temple. House of some beautiful statues. This place is clam and peaceful but can be skipped as there are other famous Buddhist temples.

Another must visit place if you are interested to visit religious places, a peaceful place to offer your prayers, mostly the locals visit this place. Lovely place for meditation.

This temple shows all its presents. This is a huge amount, e.g. a few hundreds of watches, several cars (also very old ones), old papers, gems, etc.. Very nice to see. Also a lot of boeddhas statues. And some boards which explain how to behave...More

As I already told there are innumerable Buddhist Temples in Srilanka and the names are really hard to remember. My Driver was a Buddhist and he knew nook and corners of SriLanka and he took me to this beautiful temple.

We were glad it was free entry and our friends found it very interesting, but there were too many donation boxes around. One could be placed on exit.
