Means in that case : All will depend on what kind of temples one have seen already. So let's say perhaps more clear : To make one of this temples really interesting to see, i do expect not only a nice "building", with a big and golden Buddha inside, but mostly i would like to have what i use to... There are a lot of beautiful temples in Vientiane, and this is one. There are however, no exhibits or information in English, so to appreaciate it and know what is what, a guide would be good.

Located along Seethathilath Road, this is one of the few temples along this road. A nice and peaceful temple with typical Laotian architecture and roof style. Colourful and well maintained, it is a working temple and there is a school here as well.

But this is my beloved spot and I stayed under the tree of the temple court so many times, hours, with some book or Sudoku puzzle, or just escape from the heat. The temple is also used as a junior school, can see these... More

There is a school inside this temple. You can visit it and observe local Laos students go about their lives. The temple is not so spectacular but it was an interesting visit if you are observant to spot unusual things.

One of three temples more or less adjacent to each other on Samsenthai Road worth a visit certainly for its purity of classical Lao style.

Generally, temples in Vientiane are pretty underwhelming. Especially when you compare them with their Luang Prabang counterparts.
